Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Koest at koest.app, operated by Koest. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Koest.

The service
Koest is a tool for adult caretakers to track infant feeding and sleep sessions, optionally share a baby profile with other caretakers, and view related history and trends.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may sign up with email and password or with Google sign-in when available.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Koest for anything unlawful or harmful
- Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
- Abuse invites, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows
- Upload content you do not have rights to share
Caretaker sharing
When you invite someone to a baby profile, they can view and edit that profile's tracking data. Only invite people you trust. You can remove caretakers from Profile when you own the profile.
Not medical advice
Koest is a personal tracking aid, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with questions about your baby's health or feeding.
Availability
We aim to keep Koest available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change. We are not liable for data loss beyond what applicable law requires.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the service or other users.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
